The design was inspired by the idea of less is more, and the surface treatment was inspired by the glossy finish of a high-end sports car. The design team, led by Sherry Chan and Valention Chow, faced numerous challenges, including combining ergonomic and aesthetic aspects, dealing with tooling complexity, and creating an iconic product that stands out aesthetically.
